Hello! My name is Samantha “Sam” Michalski, owner of Segues. I'm so excited to continue the work of our pioneering senior move management company in helping families navigate the emotional and physical challenges of relocation. We specialize in making smooth transitions for senior citizens moving to new homes or living situations.
Before taking the helm at Segues, I spent over a decade growing and scaling teams in a variety of industries with a focus primarily in the Healthcare and cancer diagnostic space.
Scaling teams from tens to thousands, I took a personal and professional approach to maintaining a compassionate and human centered approach to change.
Leading through these experiences taught me the value of both the operational complexities of running a service organization as well as the sensitivity and emotional consideration necessary for successful change or transition. This led me to Segues. With a strong presence in the industry and operational foundation, I felt a connection to the mission and the compassionate care required when working with seniors and their families during significant life transitions.
